Boost your brainpower with Brain Power Hour! Engage in fun, interactive activities designed to sharpen memory, enhance reasoning, and keep your mind active - all while enjoying the company of others.

Did you know that brain health is closely linked to overall body health? While many focus on staying physically fit, keeping your mind sharp is just as important. Brain Power Hour is a fun and engaging program featuring puzzles, word-play, games, and interactive exercises designed to enhance memory, strengthen reasoning skills, and support cognitive function. Join us for an hour of social connection and mental enrichment—because a strong mind is just as vital as a strong body! We will follow the Wits Workout program created by the University of Illinois Extension.

Please note: This program is for general brain health and enrichment. It is not intended as therapy or for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
